Design Thinkers Academy London is a training and coaching academy based in southwest London.
I worked as an in-house designer for 7 1/2 years at Design Thinkers Academy London (and for their ‘sister’ organisation ‘DK&A’ – David Kester and Associates).
I helped redesign all the key digital and print communications – course communications and promotional material for the launch of the academy – and sister organisation DK&A’s – new brand identity in 2023, working to brand guidelines.
Responsible Revolutions animation
This animation was created within After Effects and was used on various Design Thinkers Academy and DK&A joint digital communications, like e-newsletters.

Digital e-newsletter
This design was created using HubSpot and latterly MailChimp also.

Social media

I created a design system to distinguish different types of content on social media; e.g. a blog post, a podcast etc.

Workshop video motion graphics
These video graphics (edited/shortened film) were created in After Effects and utilise alpha channels. This approach meant that animated graphics and live footage could be combined in Premiere Pro and make designs more engaging and effective – also removing the need to edit the original motion graphics files for creating additional video graphics for future courses.
The ‘lower third’ name tag was created in Premiere Pro and utilises the ‘responsive’ feature, for ease in updating for different length names and titles, and again to save time – removing the need to adjust any motion graphic details.
