Project overview
Fairmont Raffles Hotels International (FRHI) is a global hotel management company based in Toronto, Canada, with a portfolio of over 100 hotels and resorts in more than 30 countries, encompassing three distinct luxury brands.
Design approach
Brand communications need to be effective at both brand and property level – working as part of a global whole while expressing local character and appealing to diverse audiences — from historic landmarks like The Savoy in London and The Plaza in New York, to modern destinations, like Le Royal Monceau Raffles, Paris, and Fairmont The Palm, Dubai.
My role
I worked for over 3 years at Goods & Services branding in Toronto, Canada, who have worked with FRHI since 2005.
My role encompassed design across all three FRHI brands, creating print collateral and advertising for properties across four continents, working across both B2C and B2B communications.
